The Multifactor work profile maps two areas: work style and work cycle.
Work style answers describes what approach to work and to task completion we can expect from the person, what their main strengths and advantages are, any hidden potential risks and disadvantages, what the person needs for an ideal performance and what their task-solving approach is. There are eight bipolar scales, such as Discipline x Improvisation.
Work cycle then shows what emphasis the participant places on individual phases of problem solving, which ones they stress and which ones they might underestimate. The questionnaire also contains two control scales.
