Numerical test is a classic performance test and it is aimed at diagnostics of people in all positions requiring high numerical skills and abilities. The test combines standard tasks which measure the level of numerical skill with practical tasks and calculations. These should be manageable by all who need to work with numbers, finances, business plans, etc.
The test consists of two subtests. The first one, operations with numbers, is in the form of math problems where numbers are logically organized into a certain system. The second part comprises of short case studies and calculation tasks connected to text and key information.
The output of this test is an evaluation of the degree to which the respondent succeeded, comparison of their pace and quality of results with those of a reference group and a description of the trends in quality throughout the subtests.

Measures the ability to communicate assertively in various work and social situations (e.g. ability to assert oneself, stand by one’s opinion, work with feedback and develop relationships). Suitable for all positions where good communication is a key part of the job.
