As of October 8, 2026, new versions of our Terms and Conditions and Data Processing Agreement are in effect. Prices and services remain unchanged.
What Is New for You:
- The protection of your employees’ and job applicants’ personal data is now clearly described in a single agreement attached to the Terms and Conditions. You do not need to sign it separately.
- We are responsible to you for our subcontractors (e.g., hosting providers) just as if we were processing the data ourselves.
- We have limited contractual penalties strictly to the misuse of our methods and trade secrets. Sharing results with your consultants or coaches is expressly permitted.
- After our collaboration ends, we delete or permanently anonymize the data. We use anonymized data—from which individuals can no longer be identified—to refine our benchmark norms, so you benefit from more accurate results too.
If the changes do not suit you, you can reject them and terminate the agreement by November 8, 2026. Until the end of the notice period, the previous terms will apply to you. If you have signed a custom agreement with us, its provisions will continue to take precedence.
