Economist / Accountant

This package is designed for positions in which numeracy, precision, structure, systematicity, and the ability to work accurately and without errors are critical.

In addition to personality traits and work style, the Economist package also measures numerical intelligence and the ability to concentrate on repetitive activities that can make maintaining focus demanding.

Questionnaires and tests

Multifactor Personality Profile PREMIUM

The Multifactor Personality Profile is a questionnaire focused on the respondent’s personality, with broad applicability across all areas of HR and people management. It is available in a basic version, primarily designed for recruitment purposes, or in the PREMIUM version for more advanced use. Team reports are also available free of charge for both types of outputs.

Work Style

The Work Style questionnaire answers questions about what kind of approach to work and task completion we can expect from a person. It maps out how a person operates, identifies their main strengths and advantages, where potential disadvantages and risks lie, what they need for optimal performance, and how they approach tasks. This includes eight bipolar scales such as Thoroughness vs. Speed or Discipline vs. Improvisation.

Attention Test

The Attention Test focuses on the precision (or error rate) of work under time pressure and the ability to concentrate during a repetitive activity. In contrast to classic attention tests, this one includes variously oriented subtests and observes one´s attention for longer. It is primarily meant for the diagnostics of employees in all positions where maximum precision and long-term concentration are needed to manage individual, largely administrative, and repetitive tasks.

Numerical Test

T he Numerical Test is a classic performance test focused on diagnostics for people in all positions requiring high numerical skills and abilities. The test combines standard tasks, which measure numerical skill through practical tasks and calculations. These should be manageable for all who need to work with numbers, finances, business plans, etc.
