Multifactor Personality Profile PREMIUM

The Multifactor Personality Profile is a questionnaire focused on the respondent’s personality, with broad applicability across all areas of HR and people management. It is available in a basic version, primarily designed for recruitment purposes, or in the PREMIUM version for more advanced use. Team reports are also available free of charge for both types of outputs.

Career Compass

The Career Compass questionnaire focuses on work motivation and is an excellent tool for diagnostics of entry-level positions and employees in lower and mid-level management positions. It is also well suited for talent diagnostics and diagnostics of newly hired employees.

Work Style

The Work Style questionnaire answers questions about what kind of approach to work and task completion we can expect from a person. It maps out how a person operates, identifies their main strengths and advantages, where potential disadvantages and risks lie, what they need for optimal performance, and how they approach tasks. This includes eight bipolar scales such as Thoroughness vs. Speed or Discipline vs. Improvisation.

The Culture Fit questionnaire measures the internal values of a given person and, based on those values, finds out what kind of company culture is important and pleasant for them.
