Marta is a graduate of the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Masaryk University in Brno. She worked for 15 years at TCC as a Specialist Consultant and later as a Team Manager.
She has long been involved in the development and continuous improvement of online products, such as Employee Surveys, various feedback formats (360° Feedback, Multifeedback, Perfeed, and tailored feedback), and workplace psychodiagnostics. She helps companies understand their data and turn results from online tools into concrete recommendations and practical action steps.
She is a graduate of the “HR Manager” training program, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Training, and coaching training accredited by the ICF. She has been working at TCC online as Managing Director since 2019.
