Martina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Masaryk University. She has experience in questionnaire design, quantitative data collection, and subsequent psychometric and statistical analysis. She has been working at TCC online as an HR Science Analyst since November 2024. Her responsibilities include the development and quality control of psychodiagnostic tools, conducting psychometric analyses, and interpreting psychodiagnostic results.
