Adriena graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Regional Studies, along with a minor in Project Management. She has substantial experience in project management, focusing primarily on the creation of project documentation, financial management of projects, and the design of schematics and schedules. She has been involved in various projects on both national and international levels. Adriena has been with TCC online since 2021. She is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with key clients, providing expert consulting and services in the areas of surveys, 360° feedback, and psychodiagnostics for HR and management departments. Additionally, she prepares proposals, ensures efficient project administration, and actively engages in acquiring new opportunities in international markets. She also coordinates the internal team of account managers.
