In 2026, we are introducing several enhancements to the Managerial Style questionnaire. The new features provide higher informational value and make the results easier to interpret.
Control Scale Monitoring Response Stylization
The first new feature is the addition of a control scale that monitors the level of potential response stylization. Particularly in recruitment contexts, it is common for candidates to present themselves in the best possible light. To a reasonable extent, this reflects a natural motivation to succeed, and the questionnaire is designed with this in mind. However, if a candidate tends toward overly positive self-presentation, the control scale highlights a potential reduction in the credibility of the results.

Extension with Situational Leadership
The second major enhancement is the inclusion of an evaluation based on situational leadership. You will now gain insight into which types of subordinates—considering their experience, skills, performance, and motivation—are best suited to the participant’s preferred managerial styles. At the same time, you will receive recommendations on which managerial activities should be strengthened if the current team composition is not aligned with the manager’s natural leadership style.

Overview of Basic Managerial Styles Included in the Output Report
The third change is the addition of a final overview of all basic managerial styles and their typical behaviors, now included directly at the end of the report. Previously, this overview was only part of the manual; it is now included directly in the questionnaire output report.
Team Profile of Preferred Managerial Styles
The fourth enhancement concerns team reports. These now include not only an overall team profile of preferred managerial styles, but also a clear visualization of individual team members’ results. In the same structure, we have also added a new section focused on situational leadership.
