The Multifactor Work Profile maps two areas: work style and work cycle.
Work style answers describe what approach to work and task completion we can expect from the person, their main strengths and advantages, any hidden potential risks and disadvantages, what the person needs for ideal performance and their task-solving approach. There are eight bipolar scales, such as Discipline x Improvisation.
The work cycle then shows what emphasis the participant places on individual phases of problem-solving, which ones they stress, and which ones they might underestimate. The questionnaire also contains two control scales.
The questionnaire is intended for a wide range of work positions.
