The Numerical Test is a classic performance test focused on diagnostics for people in all positions requiring high numerical skills and abilities. The test combines standard tasks, which measure numerical skill through practical tasks and calculations. These should be manageable for all who need to work with numbers, finances, business plans, etc.
The Numerical Test consists of two subtests. The first one, operations with numbers, takes the form of math problems where numbers are logically organized into a particular system. The second part comprises short case studies and calculation tasks connected to text and key information.
The output of this test is an evaluation of the respondent’s success, comparing the speed and quality of the results with those of a reference group. It also describes trends in quality throughout the subtests.
There is a time limit for the test. Completing it takes a maximum of 25 minutes. This does not include the time during which the respondent reads the instructions.
