Abstract Thinking is an ideal test for people in positions where it is necessary to orient oneself quickly in a new situation and come up with logical and fitting solutions. It is based on classic intelligence tests and is focused on analytical and rational thinking.
Abstract Thinking consists of various exercises such as shape recognition, analysis of details and differences, perception of shape symmetry, understanding of logical patterns, and combinatorial thinking (taking into account multiple principles at once).
The output of this test is an evaluation of the participant s success. The speed and quality of the results are compared to those of a reference group (working population).
There is a time limit for the test. Completing it takes a maximum of 20 minutes. This does not include the time during which the respondent reads the instructions.
