It maps out how a person operates, identifies their main strengths and advantages, where potential disadvantages and risks lie, what they need for optimal performance, and how they approach tasks. This includes eight bipolar scales such as Thoroughness vs. Speed or Discipline vs. Improvisation.
The questionnaire is designed for a wide range of job roles.
